What does the car agent actually do?

You describe the car you want, in plain language or with quick filters, and the agent instantly checks thousands of cars from verified South African dealers. Then it keeps watching: every time new stock lands that matches your request, you get an email.

Why use an agent instead of searching myself?

Because your time is worth more than refreshing car listings. Finding the right car usually means checking the same sites every few days for weeks. Your personal car agent takes that over: describe the car once, get on with your life, and it does the searching for you, day and night, emailing you the moment the right one lands. You spend your time on better things and still get there first.

How is this different from other car websites?

Most car sites give you smarter ways to search: filters, rankings, AI suggestions. You still do the searching. Your personal car agent flips that: it searches so you do not have to, keeps hunting 24/7 after you close the page, and alerts you before the good ones are gone. Other sites show you cars. Your personal car agent finds yours.

Can I change my search later?

Yes: open My agent (in the top menu when you are logged in) to edit, pause or delete any of your searches, or come back here and describe a new one. You can run several agents at once (say a bakkie and a family SUV), and submitting the exact same search twice never creates a duplicate. Each email also has a one-click pause link.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. The agent is completely free with no obligation. You choose if and when to contact a dealer about a match.

How do I stop the emails?

Every email includes a one-click "pause alerts" link that stops your agent immediately: no account, no phone call, no questions. You can reactivate any time by searching again. We only email you about cars matching your request, never marketing blasts.

Are the prices checked?

Yes. Every match carries an AI price rating based on real market data, so you can see at a glance whether a car is priced below, at, or above the market.

Find Me a Car FAQ

Common questions about your free personal car agent.

Almost anything you would tell a salesperson: brand and model, budget, body type, colour, fuel type, transmission, mileage, how new the car should be, 4x4 or 4x2, even features. For example: "white Hilux 4x4, newer than 2020, under R550k" or "automatic family SUV in Gauteng, low mileage". Buying a bakkie to tow? Ask your agent about towing power: it knows the rated (braked) towing capacity of your matches and will tell you what each one can pull. The more you say, the sharper your matches.
