At this end of the price spectrum, local buyers aren’t short on alternatives that deliver better value and peace of mind. Calling the Ikon rare feels generous; it’s more like a leftover than a hidden gem. That lone Ikon has clocked 52,600 km, which is light duty for a decade-old car—call it a decent sign of urban use, maybe a gentle life on Joburg’s backroads. As an Ambiente, it’s about as basic as they come: cloth seats, maybe manual windows, zero luxuries.
