Purchased a Suzuki swift GL+ CVT today. The sales lady Madelein was such a pleasure to work with. In a dealership selling cars triple the value of the one I purchased, I was still treated like the most important customer she had. Both Madelein and Marno (Finance) are beautiful human beings, who are patient, not pushy and understands that buying a vehicle is a huge commitment to a customer, not just a sale to them. I recommend Honda Vaal if you are in the market for a vehicle. You will be more than satisfied. Madelein and Marno, may your passion for what you guys do prosper you and inspire others around you. Thank you Honda for a great service. I bought my new motorcycle from you guys in October 2023, and what a beauty she is 🏍😁. The staff was friendly and super helpful (really convincing 😁). I would give 5 stars but everything was not streamlined, for an example I went to honda to fetch my motorcycle and sign my papers, but upon entering there and after seeing the motorcycle we had to drive to haval to sign the papers and after doing that we had to drive back to honda to get the motorcycle. I wish we could have stayed at honda and signed the papers while looking at your new motorcycle standing there and waiting for you🙂 I mean that would just be great, but driving away from honda to sign papers felt like a home affairs stop wanting you to go get documents from different places and returning with them to get your ID. I believe you can come up with a better idea here, I believe in you Honda🫡. I love my motorcycle thank you from my heart
