At R389,900 to R448,489, it’s still on the expensive side for a city hatch, but in EV terms, it undercuts the Ora 03 and Leapmotor C10, not to mention the cheapest Volvo EX30. You’re not wading through trim choices here; there’s just one powertrain and one transmission, so what you see is what you get. Eleven cars listed, almost all new, confirm it’s only just hit local showrooms, so don’t expect to find bargains or pre-loved examples on the used market unless someone’s already had a change of heart. Every single listing is the Dynamic – that’s the only trim on offer for now, priced from R389,900, with most dealers asking bang on R389,990. It means buyers aren’t being forced up the food chain with fake options or “premium packs” – and that’s the point. Model years run from 2025 to 2026, so the one used example smells like an ex-demo. Local buyers will be doing their sums, working out if the claimed range will actually cover a week of Jo’burg or Cape Town traffic without a midweek stress charge.
