Slotting in below the Vitara, it’s a direct rival for the Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite, all fighting it out in that sub-R250k bracket. You get a 1.5-litre petrol up front, married to a semi-automatic only — forget about manuals or diesels, because Suzuki’s keeping it simple here. Right now, it’s a seller’s market: just six used Brezzas pop up, priced between R189,800 and R244,900, with a sweet spot around R224,850. That scarcity tells you one thing: if you want one, you’re buying second-hand, and you’d better move quickly if a good one appears. All the stock is 2021 or 2022, each with about 63,500 km under the wheels — nothing outlandish for an urban runabout. Nearly every single one is the 1.5 GL, so you’re not wading through confusing spec sheets; the price differences mostly come down to mileage and how carefully previous owners treated them. People who chose the Brezza over the Kiger or Magnite usually did so for the Suzuki dealer experience and peace-of-mind servicing bills.
