Juan van Zyl ... all we can say is WOW, he is 1 in a million sales agent. We purchased a Swift in March 2025 and then decided to upgrade to the Fronx in March 2026. We think he was a little shocked to see us back so soon, but he was the most helpful, knowledgeable agent to ever have assisted us, then and now. I want to take a moment to thank Suzuki West Rand for great experience in purchasing my new vehicle. Jaco is great at his job, and then it is important to call out the unsung heroes - Kyla and Willie, who made sure i knew exactly what the cost was to all extras, fully transparent regarding everything added on, and the choice was mine! -This is not something i have experienced previously. Kyla spent a lot of time making sure i fully understand every payment option available to me, and she also went the extra mile to make sure that i have a good interest rate. I am very much impressed with this team, and i will be a customer for a long time to come.
