Ford Bryanston service was amazing. Extremely helpful and efficient. Sebastian is knowledgeable on the range of Everests from my experience and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and made the whole process of buying a new Everest extremely pleasant and easy. Out of all my experiences buying cars from a dealership this was by far the best ever. We purchased our vehicle in May 2025 and recently had an issue with our misplaced service booklet. After receiving no assistance from our local Menlyn branch, we contacted Brandon Sumal at Ford Bryanston, and he went above and beyond to help us. He immediately arranged for a new service booklet to be sent via courier to Pretoria — all long after the sale was completed. His professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to assist even months after the purchase are truly commendable and rare to find these days.
