Amazing experience from start to finish: When I arrived at the dealership I was met with friendly smiles and a warm welcome from the ladies at reception and then Larry met with me to take me through the vehicle. Condition of the vehicle was exactly as advertised, and after agreeing to purchase the vehicle every timeline was met. Over and above this Larry took the service to the next level by ensuring the vehicle was in perfect condition for the handover, from small accessories that were fixed or added right down to the special moment of delivery. Vehicle was a gift for my mother and Larry made her feel spoiled with the big bow and gift, right down to the way he engaged with her. A big thank you to Larry and Bruma Nissan for giving A-class service in a fast moving and competitive industry. I will be back for my next trade in and purchase.
