Very friendly service and good customer service from the used and new sales department. Definitely worth a visit, if you looking for a new vehicle. A bit disappointed that they didn't follow up, so ended up actually buying from another suzuki dealership.

Amazing service received from James Bolleurs during the purchase of my Grand Vitara. There was a short delay in taking delivery of my car but it was handled so proffessionally by James and Suzuki. My husband and I visited Suzuki Fourways and from the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. We live over an hour away and asked—very hopefully—if it would be possible to drive the car home the same day. Charity (sales) and Yvonne (finance) went above and beyond to make it happen. Their professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help were absolutely incredible. Despite it being a Saturday, they worked tirelessly and made the impossible feel easy. We drove out with our new car just a few short hours after ariving at the dealership. I can honestly say I have never experienced service this good before. Charity and Yvonne are true assets to Suzuki Fourways and deserve all the recognition for their outstanding work.
