⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100/100 for Mpho! The service I received from Omoda Jaecoo Fourways was absolutely exceptional, and I have to give special credit to Mpho. He went above and beyond from start to finish. Mpho is professional, efficient, incredibly timely and always kept me informed throughout the process. He made what could have been a stressful experience completely stressless and effortless. A special mention to Mbali and George and the whole staff as well for how everything was great on handover the team work was on another level. Mpho deserves the biggest credit. His level of service is exactly what customer service should be. If I had to buy a car again, I would 100% do it through Mpho again. He genuinely made the entire experience such a pleasure. He was always available to answer questions, kept me informed throughout, and never made me feel pressured at any stage. Arrived at the airport .they picked us up and drove us to the dealership. All the staff was friendly. The sales guy i spoke to was Mpho. Showed me every single thing on the car. Advised me in tips and tricks. Im so grateful for the everything they have provided me interms of smooth transition and explanation. I recommend this place as they have very good deals. Worth it. Brenda, my salesperson, was truly fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. She made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. A huge thank you as well to Mbali, who handled the finance process so smoothly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the turnaround time was impressive. I felt supported every step of the way. And the car… I absolutely love it! This has been the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I can honestly say I will never work with anybody else again when buying a car.
