Amazing experience with the BYD Woodmead team. More especially I received an amazing service from Zac Phiri who gave a great service throughout, patiently so. He took me from the first step to the last step with great patience. He made the experience of purchasing a car very easy and yet professional indeed, without compromising what I was looking for. Im grateful to have been assisted by him. He did not disappoint. I wouldn't mind to buy there again.

Fantastic service and very helpful staff. Aubrey was great to deal with professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth. He took the time to answer all our questions, his after-sales communication has also been very good, which shows great customer care. Highly recommend this dealership if you're looking to buy a BYD. Electric is the future!
