Buying my Jetour Dashing Deluxe in 2025 was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made—but not just because of the car. It was because of the people. From the day I collected my baby, Tshiamo and the entire team at Jetour Menlyn made me feel like family. They didn’t just hand me the keys—they celebrated with me, sang for me, and made my first car-buying experience one I’ll never forget. As a first-time car owner, I knew absolutely nothing about cars. Today, I know so much, and it’s all because they have never grown tired of answering my endless questions. And then there’s the workshop team—Phukoane and Trudy. Honestly, they are angels on earth. I can call them about the simplest things, even something as small as tyre pressure, and they’ll patiently guide me. 😂 Trudy has literally told me to stop by the garage and put air in my tyres. That’s the kind of care and patience they have. People don’t only buy cars because they can afford them. They buy into the people, the service, the relationships, and the feeling of knowing that someone genuinely cares long after you’ve driven off the showroom floor. My baby girl (yes, that’s what I call my Jetour 😄) turns one soon, and her uncles and auntie at Jetour Menlyn are definitely celebrating with her over a proper lunch. Thank you for making this journey so memorable. Here’s to many more kilometres together! ❤️

I received excellent service from Tanya regarding a used‑vehicle purchase. I phoned on Saturday morning, and the vehicle was ready for a test drive when I arrived later that day. I requested delivery for the Friday, but the vehicle was already prepared by Wednesday. She even offered to collect me from my workplace on the day of delivery. Outstanding service overall, with great communication throughout the entire process.
