My son took my car to RSA from Eswatini and suddenly had issues with the vehicle, which prevented him from driving home. Thapelo at Audi Rivonia was exceptional. The car was assessed for issues, parts ordered, and then a service was done whilst the car remained in RSA. Thapelo would text me almost every day, respond to my messages in the evening and kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring that I could collect the vehicle on a saturday when I could get to Joburg. Awesome service, highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Karabelo (Sales Executive) and David (Pre-Owned Sales Manager). Karabelo provided excellent service and was always willing to assist, even though I contacted him almost daily. The vehicle purchasing process was smooth and straightforward, and the car was prepared with great care. The delivery experience was equally impressive and unhurried, thanks to Karabelo’s professional approach. While the registration process is taking longer than expected, this is beyond their control I guess. I highly recommend Karabelo as a salesperson—he is honest, transparent, and does not overpromise. My first time servicing my car at Audi Centre Rivonia and it was a great experience. Excellent service from Thapelo who performed the service. He also took the time to explain the work undertaken, as well as other work which would need to be undertaken in the future. He is an certainly an asset to your dealership! I also quite like the Hatfield model whereby the service technician is also the service advisor and so you liaise directly with the technician.
