Shoutout to Audi Rivonia , and the service technician , Thapelo , for the absolute BEST experience . I previously had an awful experience with Audi Bryanston , and felt very hesitant when moving to Audi Rivonia. But I can honestly say, they have the best customer service !! From the lady that greets you (at the service enterance), to the lifts to work and back and the overall service - absolutely brilliant . Special shoutout to Thapelo - he deserves a medal for his patience , respect and brilliant customer handling (and I’m not the easiest customer) I 100% recommend this branch !

I recently switched over after enduring almost 10 years of declining service levels at that other branch that shares a building with that other car brand. I went through a couple of Google reviews and found Rivonia had one of the highest ratings. And I can certainly see why! From the shuttle service that waited for me when I was 3 minutes late, to the lovely receptionist Anita and my service advisor (I think his name is Thapelo?), I had a fantastic experience. Oh and the shuttle also does pick ups when they’re done with your car. In addition, the Rivonia staff didn’t try to sell me unnecessary things until I initiated an enquiry about an extended service plan. I can’t believe I didn’t try them sooner because I was truly impressed and will use this branch going forward.
