I recently purchased the new 2026 Omoda C7 from OMODA & JAECOO Silver Lakes and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Lerato, who was hands down one of the best sales consultants I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I walked in and mentioned that I wanted to test drive the vehicle, she immediately assisted me without hesitation. She first took me for a test drive in the C9 and patiently explained every detail and figure regarding the vehicle and finance options available to me. What truly stood out was her dedication and commitment. I specifically wanted the Omoda in black, and when it wasn’t available at their branch, Lerato personally drove all the way to Tzaneen in Limpopo — a 4-hour trip — to collect the vehicle for me. That level of customer service is rare to find. The after-sales service has also been fantastic, and she delivered on every single promise she made throughout the process.
