We have had an amazing client experience, Nico was amazing sales person, on the ball, professional, followed up with us, helped us with absolutely everything. Professional helpful staff. Drove two hours to fetch a collectable 1999 Nissan Champ which we had bought online. Staff contactable both before and after purchase. They have several new cars displayed in a clean display area. Negatives - Layout of staff desks and general interior decorating not very professional or comfortable - could do with a revisit. Bit sterile. The car had almost zero petrol and oil in which was disappointing as we had far to drive and only discovered oil issue when we got home, however engine not affected , these old bakkies are built to last but while they neglected to point out all the things wrong with the car, and be as transparent as I would have liked as it's an old car and to be expected, these were mainly just minor cosmetic issues easily repaired. Positives - it ended up being an excellent purchase, engine in perfect nic and parts like missing flicker light and pedal rubbers, were easily available online with delivery and extremely cheap. The hot cup of coffee offered on a ice cold morning, warm friendly staff and after sales assistance plus general interest shown in our ongoing upgrading of our collectable bakkie that we purchased at a very fair price made the whole purchase a memory making experience. I can highly recommend their sales staff, prices and shop as a place to purchase your next vehicle.
