It’s important for sales reps to acknowledge people who walk into the showroom regardless of age or even appearance and when I walked into that showroom I got little to no acknowledgment except from a gent named Stephan and the gentleman sitting in front of him. I will surely be coming back as a customer because of Stephan.

We owe a debt of gratitude to the team at BMW Cape Town City. After experiencing a coolant leak on our 11 year old 520d. The team found space to service the vehicle and get it back to us before our journey back to Johannesburg. What absolutely amazed me was how far out of their way they went to engage BMW South Africa to replace some parts at no cost because they failed before the expected replacement cycles, which ended up being a considerable saving on the expected cost of repair. Thank you Cape Town City and BMW. Customer for life!

World class service. I've had my Mini for 12 years, I still get taken care of . I was updated with my car service by Sabrina the whole day.. I got taken to work in style and on time.. I also got my car back same day. I appreciated getting treated like a queen. SABRINA and Janice rock..
