Exceptional and phenomenal service received from Michael, from arranging the test drive to taking delivery. He was very informative and had in depth and sound knowledge of the vehicle, superb and impeccable.To add admin and paperwork is like a Sappi forest, Riyana the business manager you were excellent,both of them kept me informed during the process. Absolutely amazing top service from walking in to leaving very friendly staff smiles all around everyone one willing to assist with different vehicles and also very helpful in answering questions and arranging a test drive, on a side note also very nice coffee while you walk around or have a seat in the lounge even though the team recently moved to the current premises you would not have known as the dealership screams class and professionalism at its best a must visit to buy your next or definitely first BMW.

Buying a car is rarely the frictionless joy the advertisements promise... and yet, somehow, that is precisely what Stephen and Riyana at BMW Cape Town City managed to deliver. From test drive to driving away in our new car, Stephen was diligent and endlessly patient with us (and an absolute pleasure throughout), never once rushing a decision that deserved proper consideration. Riyana handled the financing with the kind of quiet efficiency that makes the dreaded paperwork almost enjoyable... almost. Between the two of them, what might easily have been a stressful undertaking became something genuinely pleasant. We cannot recommend them both highly enough to anyone in the market for a new car (And do pay the new showroom a visit... it really is worth the look).
