Closest to the East and top tier service as always. Stuff is always friendly and helpful and they take the time to understand your issue and their best to resolve it. Special Mention to Vumani from the service department as he once solved a very annoying issue on one of my cars after another Dealership couldn't figure it out and I was losing hope.

Exceptional service and amazing staff!! Bragga and Boitumelo are phenomenal, they facilitated the whole process for me smoothly from beginning to end, I've never been so impressed with people carrying out their job so well🫴🏾 Audi Braamfontein?? Those people know what they're doing and they are doing exactly what customers want 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Definitely Audi's Finest team 🏆🏆. All I can say is I'm inlove with my car again😍🫠 thanks to you guys..suddenly feels like I'm driving a new car, everything feels fresh, the mechanics are smooth...I know I can trust you guys with my car anytime 💯 see you in the next 15000km!!

I have had the worst customer experience recently after 6 visits to the centre and spending an exuberant amount of money and still sitting with the same issue and now I'm being ignored by the branch manager and the technician who is now accusing me of allowing outside people to work on my car which is incorrect and just because they can't fix my problem. Don't I have the right to go for second opinions? Now that we found out what the dealer actually did, now they have an issue with assisting me and I'm still still with the problem 60k later😞

From all my car buying experiences, this branch and specifically Kamogelo... honestly the best service I have ever received. Was kept it on loop the minute there was an update, had to do the bare minimum and everything was taken care off... not even mentioning how special they made the collection / handover feel. Thank you for making making our dream a reality!
