I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The environment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I really appreciated the thoughtful customer refreshments and the extra care taken to wash. It’s the little details like these that make a customer feel valued and appreciated. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would definitely recommend this VW dealership to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming environment. Thank you to Motheo and the entire team for making my visit such a pleasant one! 👏🏽🚗💙

The parts department is very quick when assisting clients. They also provide you with coffee if you want one. I can use them again they are so clean. I also like how the set up of the business is. It is so inviting, you will want to buy many parts. Thank you VW Hatfield, we love your service keep the good work up.

Great service at the Hatfield branch. Always getting my car serviced in time, getting me to work and back safely to collect my vehicle. Molan is great technician. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from them since 2007. Always my go to dealership, even when buying parts.
