Pierre is an awesome guy, made the sales process quick and easy. Highly recommend these guys and these cars. Pierre communicates with you all through the day and lets you know how things are progressing. I’m sure the after sales service will be just as good - am looking forward to it.

I recently purchased my new Jetour T2 Odyssey from Jetour Tyger Valley Durbanville, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Kehilwe was our sales consultant, and her service was outstanding from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any questions or updates. The entire process, right through to the Financial Manager, was handled smoothly and efficiently, with excellent communication and support throughout. The team made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. I truly felt valued as a customer, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. Truthfully, what an awesome experience. It might have taken some time to get to the finish line but with the help from Pierre and Jessica, the process was as smooth as can be. You can clearly see that they go out of their way to help people and although they are a small dealership, their attentiveness and quick response times made it such a pleasure to deal with. I'm incredibly happy with my T2 and honestly, I went for some extras on the car and the Team really made quick work of it once it arrived at their showroom. Thank you to Jetour Tygervalley and major Kudos to Pierre and Jessica for being a rockstar team. Might even bother them again in a few months for another car!

From the day I walked in at Jetour Tygervalley I was met by a lovely staff member Kehilwe. Ow my lady she is everything that one needs especially if you buying for the first time. She gave me all the details I needed answered all my questions even the ones I didn’t think I need to know🤣they are helping me now. It didn’t end when she made sale, she still checks up on me and the car, how it’s treating me. I told her I’m not happy with the sound, she gave me option on how to upgrade, she invited me to come listen to one of the cars that have sound upgrade. We then decided to go for an upgrade, had my upgrade done last week and she still continues to check in if I’m happy with my upgrade and if there’s anything else she can help me with. You see that there, that is EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Thank you so much to Kehilwe and Jetour Tygervalley.
