Excellent service from the team. They diagnosed the issue professionally, explained the need to replace the oxygen sensor clearly, and handled everything efficiently. The car was kept overnight as advised, fully repaired under the maintenance plan at no cost, and ready the next day. Great communication, quick turnaround, and a very reassuring experience.
