I had an excellent experience servicing my vehicle at Thorp Suzuki N1 City. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. What impressed me most was that my service consultant reviewed the original quotation when I arrived and proactively reduced the cost after identifying that my vehicle only required a minor service. I did not even have to ask or question the amount. That level of honesty and customer care is rare and greatly appreciated. Staff walking passed was polite, greeted and checked in if everything was okay. Unfortunately I did not take any photos to add to this review as I was seated in the waiting area, coffee was offered. Vehicle was done in no time waited from 8:30 until 11am. A great time to breakfast at N1 mall or sit and watch something on a mobile device. Also the vehicle came with a wash as well. Highly recommended. Five stars.

We only hade the most welcoming experience from day one we went to test drive the suzuki cars till the day we drove out with one . I will recommend them to anyone how is looking to buy a new car they are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Tanya Jade Stanfield helped us and she was so helpful and kind one of the best sales ladys . We are so thankful for her help . Thank you again we love our new car .

He took the time to explain everything I needed to know and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. What really stands out is his after-sales service. Even now, whenever I have questions, I can give him a call and he’s always willing to help. It’s reassuring to know that he’s literally just a phone call away and genuinely cares about his customers.
