We bought our first new car from suzuki. Best decision we made . And I'm not say that to get brownie points. From walking in to signing and driving out with that new car smell what a pleasure. When the first service came up . Also easy as 1,2 3 . Now that you guys have moved to your new premises I was even more impressed. Sam helped me with signing in and kept me informed throughout the day what was going on . I took my car in for a major service and honestly had a really good experience. From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly and easy to deal with. They explained everything in a simple way, didn’t overcomplicate things, and kept me in the loop while the work was being done, which I really appreciated. The service was done on time, and you can actually feel the difference when driving — the car runs smoother and just feels better overall.
