A big thank you to, Madeline and the Audi Centre Somerset West team. I took my baby in for a service just as preventative measures and not only was I treated like a king. But the team also let me know of any potential issues. Themba was a delight to talk to when dropping me off and picking me up. He actually made this whole experience better with stories and proper driving. He wasn't in a rush to drop me off or anything. Christo (I hope I got his name right) was an amazing service centre manager. He kept me upto date with everything, but it's the laughs that made me happy. He also kept me updated with what to look out for on my cat and what I would need to service later. Honestly, I had a great experience with the Audi Centre Somerset West team. I'm definitely servicing my car there and only there from now on. Thank you, team.

Service is great if they have all the parts. If a part needs to be ordered in then you are forgotten about. When a complaint is raised you are informed that the part will be at the dealer in 3 weeks, 6 weeks later still no part. Thought I would have this problem with cheaper brands, not Audi.

Such professional service. Contacted me when service became due. Highly professional reception. Clean and new vehicle used for shuttle service. Received vehicle back spotless clean! Pleasure to drive an AUDI with such backup.

When asking the receptionist concerning a car part one of tge management intervened straight away and sent me to a very good parts assistant who was very detailed and thorough.I left as a very impressed and satisfied customer with extremely quick & efficient service. What a pleasure visiting Audi. Congrats to your team for an all-round great service delivery.🙏🙏🙏
