Melrose Auto deserves credit where it’s due, and Andre is the reason for that. He’s a solid salesperson professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. He took us through the finance process and the contract step-by-step, and he did it properly. We did run into a few issues with the vehicle, but Andre handled it quickly and professionally. He helped us sort the problem out and made sure we got our deposit back without a fight. That kind of follow-through matters. From what I’ve seen, the vehicles Andre’ handles are decent quality. The only real concern is their connection with CN Motors and based on our experience, that partnership doesn’t do them any favours. Their standards simply don’t match. Still, to be fair, Andre stood his ground and helped us cancel the purchase properly.

What an amazing team I met. Guy Weldon is a cherry on top even. His level of service was awesome. He made it easy for me to understand the whole process as a first time buyer. Melrose Auto never let this guy go .
