Reading the review below makes me think about how ungrateful people really are .Are we serious about addressing a concern or are we serious about attaching people ?Mazda Midrand sets the standard and can not compare with another's. I have driven premium brands but the connection and care you get at Mazda is exceptionally.Tristina Paul stands out for me with her Wit ,sensitive nature professionalism and a sheer love for people .I drive from another province to have my car serviced there . I had my car booked in at Mazda Midrand for a CarPlay installation, and I honestly can’t fault the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, patient, and customer-focused. I would especially like to give a huge thank you to Tristina Paul. She truly went above and beyond. Even while the technicians were experiencing challenges with the installation, she continuously kept me updated, followed up on progress, and made sure I was never left in the dark. Her communication, calmness, and dedication made a potentially frustrating situation feel manageable and reassuring. The team went the extra mile by offering a complimentary car wash and ensuring the unit connectivity was properly sorted out. That level of honesty and care really stood out to me. Overall, this was excellent customer service, and it’s clear that Mazda Midrand values their customers. Thank you to Tristina and the entire team for turning this into a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Firstly, Tristina is absolutely amazing. Professional, and cares that all is well with me as well as with my vehicle. I have been bringing my vehicle to Mazda Midrand from the first service and Tristina has helped me from day one. All the staff I have met are welcoming and professional. This feels like home to me and I am honestly thankful.
