I recently purchased a new Ford Territory and had the pleasure of working with Dean. From start to finish, he really went the extra mile to make the deal happen. Not everything worked out perfectly along the way, but Dean stayed committed, kept communicating, and did everything he could to accommodate me and get the deal over the line. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed. What impressed me most was how quickly he got everything finalized the car was ready within a day! Fast, efficient, and on top of things the whole time. There is still a extra to be installed, which is scheduled for tomorrow, and the process has been handled professionally so far. If the service stays like this, I’ll definitely be back and I sincerely hope Dean is still there when I trade this one in again in three years. Highly recommended!
