I would like to thank the team at Ford Fourways, especially Clevon and Jeandré, for their professionalism and excellent customer service. I recently brought in a Ford Fiesta with a recurring transmission-related concern. Although the fault could not be reproduced during testing, the team took the matter seriously, carried out multiple checks and road tests, and kept us informed throughout the process. What impressed me most was their honesty and willingness to investigate thoroughly rather than recommending unnecessary repairs. The communication was clear, the atmosphere in the service department was welcoming, and there is a genuine customer-focused mindset within the team. It's easy to complain when things go wrong, but it's equally important to recognise good service when you receive it. Thank you to Clevon, Jeandré and the Ford Fourways team for your assistance and professionalism. Highly recommended.

He definitely delivers on his promises, is quick to respond and is awesome at what he does. Nish understands your financial position and expectations and makes your deal happen. The salesperson Rachel at Ford Fourways is an absolute asset and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She makes the process seamless and easy. I have 2 Ford garages much closer to my home but will gladly drive the extra distance to get great service. I have purchased several vehicles from them and the service is fantastic!! Well done!!
