I’ve been a customer of this service centre for over 5 years, and one thing has remained consistently excellent: Charles. He is hands down one of the best service advisors in the business. Always professional, always helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Even when he has bad news to deliver, somehow he manages to do it in a way that leaves you feeling informed and looked after rather than frustrated.
